Overview

Sales Executive (New Homes) - Leeds £30,000 - £35,000 basic plus bonus. Brand new position within a growing firm. Huge scope for progression alongside the growth of the business. A developer who puts quality above speed of build. Everyone loves a good story, and this New Homes Developer has a focus on creating beautiful living spaces for modern families in stunning settings, with attention to detail, green open spaces and a goal to be recognised as the leading developer in Yorkshire.

Each of their homes is thoughtfully designed to harmonise with their natural surroundings, fostering communities that enhance the lives of customers. Each site has its own story based on the land's history, with narratives that run through the exceptional new homes they build. The role is a site-based Sales Executive position with the first site in Church Fenton; when plots on that site are sold, you will move to another site. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities

* Work collaboratively with the Sales Administrator to drive reservations through to exchange, consistently meeting contract deadlines
* Provide comprehensive and accurate information to potential customers to help them make informed decisions
* Assess and address customer needs, maintain regular contact, and provide bespoke support and progress updates
* Carry out monthly competitor market research and share findings with the Head of Sales, making marketing recommendations
* Ensure show homes, sales areas and marketing suites are maintained to high standards
* Negotiate effectively to create a win-win outcome for client and business
* Close and upsell where appropriate


What You Will Have

* Recent experience working within New Homes is essential
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
* A basic understanding of the new homes build schedule
* A highly organised approach to tasks
* A solutions-focused mindset and way of working
* The confidence and ability to close and upsell
