An exciting opportunity for a fixed term contract until September 2026 has arisen for a capable and collaborative HR Officer to join a dynamic HR team within a large and diverse regional organisation, working across East London and Essex. This opportunity can be worked on a full time or part time basis of a minimum 25 hours per week and the client offers great flexibility.
This role is partially funded through a national strategic initiative and offers the chance to support local teams and projects that are growing and developing. You’ll play a vital role in helping local groups recruit and manage staff effectively, offering practical HR advice and guidance in line with employment legislation and best practice.
The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for a variety of stakeholders needing HR support. This includes general HR queries as well as more focused support for recruitment under nationally funded projects. You’ll ensure all advice provided is consistent with employment law and current HR standards.
