What you'll do as an HR Administrator:
As an
HR Administrator, you'll be crucial to the smooth running of the HR department. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing contracts and induction packs.
Supporting recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and managing applications.
Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Processing HR-related paperwork and documentation efficiently.
Assisting with payroll preparation and data input.
Coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
Providing administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR).
