Wessington Cryogenics is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Parts and Service Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll manage sales from enquiry through to delivery, focusing on spare parts and service support for customers in more than 80 countries. You'll build strong client relationships, prepare quotations, and collaborate with our engineering and production teams to deliver world-class cryogenic solutions.

What You'll Do
* Manage sales of spare parts and service support
* Respond to customer enquiries and guide them through the sales process
* Prepare clear, accurate quotations in a timely manner
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers worldwide
* Oversee purchase orders through to delivery and scheduling
* Ensure correct documentation for orders and exports
* Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction
* Contribute to marketing activities and represent Wessington at exhibitions
* Maintain CRM records and assist with financial documentation
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience in sales, account management, or customer support
* Background in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Knowledge of cryogenics, industrial gases, or engineering equipment (advantageous — training provided)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Some travel required (UK and overseas)
