Full Time Sales Executive Job Ref: SE2025B
The Job
To deliver outstanding customer service while maximising sales and promoting brand loyalty in a high-end men’s retail environment. The ideal candidate will combine excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion, attention to detail, and a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and engage customers with a warm, professional manner
* Provide personalised style and product recommendations tailored to individual needs
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, promotions, and trends
* Ensure merchandise is presented to the highest visual standard
* Handle customer concerns and returns efficiently
* Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business
* Assist with inventory, stock replenishment, and store maintenance
* Represent the brand in a manner consistent with its image and values
The Person:

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills & basic literacy, numeracy & IT skills

* Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Team Player: Collaborative, respectful, and supportive of team goals
* Experience: 1+ years in retail sales, preferably in fashion or premium/luxury retail
* Customer Focus: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Fashion Knowledge: Strong understanding of men’s fashion, brands, fits, and trends.
* Sales Ability: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Clientele Experience: Experience in building a personal client base through follow-up and outreach
* POS and CRM: Familiarity with modern retail technology and POS systems
* Visual Merchandising: Experience in maintaining visual standards and product displays
* Upselling Skills: Skilled at introducing complementary products to increase basket size
Pay and Conditions of Work
* 40 hours per week(Mon–Sat, with one weekday off) Some late nights required
* 28 days annual leavepro rata
* Pension contribution
