We are currently looking to hire a Sales Developer/Expert to join our Aerospace and Defence team on a permanent basis. This role requires travel and work in a hybrid mode, with on-site presence when necessary.
Role overview:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the Aerospace Industry, specifically in the UK market.
* Proven experience in leading and executing business development activities.
* Ability to work independently, results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and natural leadership qualities.
* Experience or exposure to the Aerospace sector in the UK is an advantage.
* Develop customer relationships and build long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate with Technical Operations to deliver client-oriented proposals.
* Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for resource allocation and mobilization.
* Ability to operate effectively within a complex matrix organization with a collaborative approach.
* Willingness to travel to meet clients.
* Engineering or business degree with sufficient knowledge of information technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
* Understand clients' business goals, needs, and challenges.
* Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
* Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and offer support.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
* Work closely with internal teams to meet client expectations.
* Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored campaigns and promotional activities.
* Coordinate with customer support and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Provide feedback and insights to product development teams based on client needs and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in a similar client-facing role.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
