What You'll Do
* Carry out repairs, decoration, and cyclical maintenance.
* Complete statutory checks and log all tasks accurately.
* Supervise external contractors and maintain grounds.
* Respond to urgent issues when needed.
* Ensure health & safety compliance across the site.
What We're Looking For
* Maintenance experience is essential – ideally with basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating skills.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Positive, proactive attitude and excellent customer focus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
