We're looking for a curious and hands-on Junior Developer to join our digital team. You'll work on tickets assigned to you, helping implement technical solutions, fix bugs, and build new features that keep our websites running smoothly. If you love solving problems, learning on the job, and want to get stuck into real-world projects, this could be the perfect next step.
The Impact you will have in this role is:
* Completing bug fixes on the websites or other codebases within the digital team.
* Working on projects to deliver new features to the websites.
* Investigating issues to support the wider team or other developers.
* Consistent delivery of high quality work on time and to the required spec.

As our future Junior Developer you will have:
* Have good communication skills.
* Work within the existing systems and frameworks that are in place.
* Ensure that they have all the required information needed to complete given tasks.
* Be pro-active in asking for assistance from more senior team members.
* Be confident in researching ideas and solutions themselves where appropriate.
* Ensure that work is done to the highest possible standard.
* Be keen to learn and develop their own skillset.
