Client Services Administrator (IFA) to support client-facing operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for clients by managing administrative tasks, coordinating service delivery, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset and to have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Maintain and update client records in CRM and internal databases. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, service appointments, and follow-ups. Prepare and process client documentation, contracts, and service agreements. Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Monitor and track service requests, ensuring resolution within agreed timelines. Generate reports and summaries for client accounts and service performance. Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition process. Support the Client Services team with general administrative duties. Be the middle person between the paraplanner and Manager.
