They have a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, initially working in Mid-Ulster, Northern Ireland. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing start to finish projects.

Responsibilities:
7. Ability to deliver projects on time and to perfection
8. Report directly to senior management team including contracts manager and project director
9. To provide accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information
10. To manage and motivate site teams
11. Conduct risk assessments
12. To follow construction drawings and works information to fine detail
13. Survey sites to mitigate problems and check viability of design
14. Organise and coordinate labour
15. Instrumental role in the negotiation of contracts in conjunction with direct and subcontract staff
16. Liaising with engineers and have an understanding of site level

22. Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry is important
