* Base Salary: £22,000
* On-Target Earnings: £45,000+ (with uncapped commission potential)
* Company Car
* 40-hour work week (5 shifts of 8 hours)
* Every Sunday off
What You’ll Do
You’ll receive full training and a thorough onboarding program to help you succeed and maximize your earning potential.
You’ll help customers find the perfect car in a way that’s clear, supportive, and enjoyable. From the first conversation to handing over the keys, you’ll guide people through their journey with patience and care.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome people from all walks of life. If you tick most of these boxes, we’d love to hear from you:
* At least 12 months of experience in automotive sales
* Comfortable with talking to a variety of people and building trust
* Committed to giving excellent customer service
* Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
* Full UK driving licence (manual & automatic vehicles)
