* Manage short‑term programming and sequencing to meet long‑term programme goals
* Monitor build quality using SnagR and ISO systems, ensuring compliance with statutory, warranty and technical standards
* Chair subcontractor meetings, ensuring clear actions, accountability and progress
* Manage and mentor Assistant Site Managers and Trainees, setting clear expectations and reviewing performance
* Track labour, materials, plant and progress with accurate records and reporting
* Maintain excellent site presentation, cleanliness and boundary control
* Coordinate closely with the Commercial team to support cost control and reporting
* Support technical problem‑solving and liaise with consultants, suppliers and authorities
* Attend internal project reviews and client meetings as a trusted representative of Hill
* Ensure compliance with H&S, CDM, scaffold and temporary works procedures
What we’re looking for:
* HND/Degree in Construction (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience in site management, ideally on residential or mixed‑use projects
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and RAMS
* Confident in short‑and‑long‑term programme management
* Skilled in subcontractor management, coordination and performance reviews
* Excellent leadership, organisation and team development capabilities
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Comfortable working in a high‑performance, fast‑paced environment
* Fully certified: CSCS, SMSTS, Scaffold Inspection, and TWC
What you’ll get:
* 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
* Healthcare cashback plan and wellbeing platform
* Hill Incentive Scheme and retail discounts
* Paid volunteering days and structured career development
* A collaborative environment where your growth is supported, and your work has real impact
