Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Site Manager located in the midlands. Qualifications
* Proven experience in team management, conflict resolution, and on‑site supervision
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
* Proficiency in project planning and time management skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers
* Competence in problem‑solving, decision‑making, and adaptability to dynamic tasks
* Proficiency with relevant project management tools and computer software is a plus
* A gold card and smsts/sssts certification or similar qualification
