Role Overview

Responsibilities
* Take incoming calls from prospects and respond helpfully and assertively.
* Collect necessary information, progress the call and close the sale.
* Manage negotiations, build rapport with customers and exceed monthly targets.
* Address any customer questions or concerns and guide them to make informed decisions.
Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
