The project is secured under a JCT Design and Build contract, with a steel frame structure, composite metal cladding, internal fit out and associated external works. The scheme also includes BAPA constraints due to its proximity to Network Rail infrastructure, requiring careful planning and coordination. Start on site is March 2026 with a 56-week programme. You will report directly to senior leadership and oversee all site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the expected quality standards. This role requires a confident Site Manager who is comfortable managing programme, subcontractors, health and safety, logistics and stakeholder communication. Key responsibilities will include: • Full day-to-day management of the site as No1 • Coordination of steel frame erection and cladding packages • Overseeing internal fit out and external works • Managing works within BAPA and Network Rail constraints • Driving programme and maintaining strict health and safety standards • Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors We are looking for a No1 Site Manager with proven experience delivering new build commercial schemes, ideally including steel frame projects and Design and Build contracts
