Your Responsibilities:
9. Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
10. Manage and liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
11. Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
12. Identify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.
13. Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and report to management.
Required Skills:
14. Minimum 2 years' experience in the house building industry, particularly traditional build.
15. SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work.
16. Relevant qualification in Construction or CIOB membership
17. Full UK Driving License
