This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to support key HR functions, including employee records, recruitment, and HR reporting, while contributing to the smooth running of the HR team. Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Permanent Professional development opportunities What you'll do: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with employment law and organisational policies. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. Provide support on HR policies and procedures, advising managers and staff where appropriate to ensure best practice is followed. Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organisation. Prepare HR reports and documentation, including payroll input, absence records, and other HR metrics, utilising Microsoft Office Suite efficiently. Support internal communications and team initiatives, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment across departments.
