Residential Developer Solicitor – Manchester
A highly respected UKTop200 commercial law firm in Manchester is looking to recruit a Residential Development Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Legal500 team with a strong client base of national and regional housebuilders, developers and landowners.

What the firm is looking for:
* A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in residential development or commercial property with exposure to development work
* Experience advising housebuilders, landowners, or developers on site acquisitions, infrastructure agreements and land promotion
* Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
* A genuine interest in the residential development sector and building long-term client relationships
