HR Manager
Location: Leeds
Salary: Upto £50k with £4k car allowance
Elevation HR are delighted to be supporting one of our clients to identify a HR Manager for their business. In this brand new role for the business you’ll work as part of the wider HR team this in a fully generalist capacity covering all aspects of HR particularly employee relations.

Responsibilities of the role will include…
* Supporting staff and managers will a variety of HR queries and issues
* Providing expert solutions to employee relation queries from performance to conduct
* Liaising with a variety of employee stakeholder at all levels
* Coach and developing colleagues to manage their teams
* Effectively led and manage the HR Admin function
* Support the Head of HR in providing a high-quality ER advisory service
* Provide ER Policy Training and Development
* Analyse the People Data and make recommendations to improve retention and colleague wellbeing
* Develop and review policies in line with legislation
* Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues across the business including to ensure commercial and pragmatic approach to employee relations.
* Support on reducing sickness absence through active management of cases including short-term & long-term sickness
* Support on meeting the Company’s key performance indicators which relate to case work including sickness absence, grievance, investigations
* Support with managing referrals to regulatory bodies where required
* Escalate cases and/or seek guidance from the HR Advisor(s) as and where required
* Collate, analyse and produce reports on a monthly basis where required
The skills we’re looking for…
* Strong employee relations knowledge to support all level of stakeholder with their people issues
* Strong employment and legislation knowledge
* Experience of implementing and embedding Hr policy and procedure
* CIPD qualified
* Strong analytical skills as well as the ability recognise solutions from data.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability influence and advise.
* Strong organisational skills, used to operating in a fast paced environment.
* Great team working skills to ensure positive and collaborative relationships across the business.
