The Role
* Handle inbound enquiries with professionalism, providing fast and effective solutions.
* Proactively make outbound calls to new and existing customers to grow business opportunities.
* Build strong customer relationships through genuine engagement and expert product knowledge.
* Prepare accurate quotations and process orders efficiently.
* Consistently achieve sales, productivity, and quality targets.
* Deliver an exceptional experience that keeps customers coming back.
About You
* Proven success in a sales or telesales environment, meeting and exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
* Positive, energetic and confident approach to customer conversations.
* Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.
* Strong attention to detail and good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
