Take ownership of the development, presentation, and entire purchase process.
Become the reference point for the purchaser and all interested parties from first contact to house sale completion.
Promote and facilitate the use of company-recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure efficient service and meet purchasing deadlines.
Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are completed according to company policies and deadlines.
Conduct market research, price benchmarking, and coordinate advertising, incentives, PR, and marketing events to generate the sales pipeline and meet sales targets.
Proactively identify target customers, create appointments, follow up leads, and ensure customer satisfaction and sales targets are achieved.
Conduct inspections, introduce customers to their new home, ensure familiarization, and provide aftercare at defined intervals post-move-in.
Maintain health and safety standards for customers, colleagues, and visitors in accordance with legal and company policies.
Follow and adhere to company procedures, performance standards, and the Sales Manual.
The role requires regular weekend and bank holiday work.
