Support the new HCM system (UKG) rollout
· Maintain the new HCM (UKG) system to ensure the timely and accurate processing of employee data including joiners, changes to role, leavers, changes to personal information, holidays and absences.
· Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, variation letters and other documentation.
· Manage new starters and on-boarding including: right to work checks, collating new starter paperwork, first day arrangements/inductions.
· Digitalize all new and existing people files and records.
· Producing scheduled reports monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
· Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data.
· Supporting HR projects.
· Other HR administration duties as and when required
