As a Career Consultant, you’ll speak with individuals who are looking to transform their professional future. Instead of cold calling, you’ll be working with warm enquiries, advising prospective students on the training programmes that can help them move into technology careers.
The role is consultative, supportive and genuinely rewarding – helping people move from stagnant careers into exciting new opportunities in the tech sector.
The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for individuals exploring a career change into technology. Your job is to understand their goals, assess their current experience, and guide them towards the most suitable training programme.
You will:
* Speak with prospective students who have expressed interest in technology careers
* Provide consultative advice on training programmes and career pathways
* Manage your sales pipeline and guide candidates through the enrolment process
* Build trust and rapport with individuals making major career decisions
* Achieve monthly enrolment targets while maintaining a supportive, advisory approach
