We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy construction project in Leicester, working on a healthcare project.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
* Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
* Managing snagging lists and quality control
* Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
* Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
* Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on a healthcare project.
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates.
* Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
