What You Will Be Responsible For
The successful candidate will join our support team, providing a professional HR service to all staff at Oasis Academy Sholing.
Summary
This role offers opportunities to develop experience in HR activities including:
* Recruitment, onboarding, and payroll administration
* Absence and performance management
* Employee relations and data reporting
* Issuing contracts and completing vetting checks

Hours
37 hours, 8-4pm, Monday to Friday, term time + 15 days. Flexible and homeworking options considered.
Salary
OCL Scale 6 SCP 18-22, FTE £30,559 - £32,654, Actual £28,307 - £30,247.
