Job Description
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £60-£65k DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Days, Hybrid 2 days a week
Your new company: Based near Aylesbury, you will be joining an ever-expanding, ambitious manufacturing business with great ambition to grow their engineering operations team.

The Quality Manager will lead and continually improve the quality management systems and processes, ensuring all manufacturing tasks are carried out to the requirements, regulations and safety protocols of the customer.
Responsibilities
* Develop, implement and maintain ISO 9001 and other quality processes.
* Plan and manage internal and external audits and assessments; assess results.
* Manage and mentor the quality team.
* Create, maintain and develop quality KPI’s, reports and performance reviews.
* Ensure key standards are reviewed, measured and kept to consistently.
* Other responsibilities and duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills
* Ideally 5+ years' experience in a senior quality role within a manufacturing environment.
* Bachelor’s degree or completed apprenticeship in a relevant engineering/manufacturing subject.
* Understanding of the principles of ISO and other quality management standards.
* Experience implementing new quality systems and processes within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
* Ability to oversee and manage multiple colleagues; able to plan their own diary and work to strict timelines.
