About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join a franchised dealership in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to maximise their earnings and progress within a successful automotive business.
You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving and exceeding sales targets across new and used light commercial vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow a structured and proven sales process to maximise every opportunity
* Proactively identify, target, and engage prospective customers
* Arrange and conduct appointments, both in-person and remotely
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and profitability targets
* Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products in line with compliance standards
* Deliver a professional, informative, and engaging customer journey
* Maintain accurate records using CRM and dealership systems
About You
* Proven track record in new and used LCV Van Sales
* Strong motivation to achieve and exceed targets
* Confident using modern showroom and digital sales tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
* A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
* Honest and ethical approach to sales
* Stable career history (no more than 3 roles in the last 6 years)
