We are looking to speak to Sales Executives with a background in B2B sales who are looking to unlock their potential in a supportive and growth orientated environment. Alongside your line manager and a dedicated sales coach, you will be given the tools to exceed within this role. They operate in varying sectors, as long as you have a good understanding of B2B sales process, we want to speak with you! What to expect: * Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential business clients through calls, emails, networking, and referrals. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions. * Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close profitable sales while maintaining client satisfaction. * Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. * CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM software. * Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and deliver value to clients. * Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasting to management. Who are we looking for: * Proven B2B Sales Experience – Demonstrated success in selling to businesses * Strong Communication Skills – Ability to clearly articulate value propositions and build rapport with diverse stakeholders. * Negotiation & Closing Abilities – Track record of negotiating complex deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. * CRM Proficiency – Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools for managing pipelines and reporting. * Lead Generation Skills – Comfortable sourcing their own leads and developing new business. * Presentation/Pitch Skills – Confident in delivering compelling product or service presentations to senior decision-makers.
