Key responsibilities include
1. Dealing with all types of HR enquiries.
2. Manage HR functions for 600+ employees.
3. Recruitment: Manage new starter files. Generating individual employment contracts.
4. Respond to individual employee requests and produce relevant correspondence.
5. Efficiently run two HR systems in a mirror – monitoring, maintaining, updating.
