The Role: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our vibrant and dedicated team at our Halesowen Support Centre. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering a flexible hybrid working arrangement— one day in the office and the rest from the comfort of your home. As part of this dynamic role, you’ll oversee the recruitment for our Adult Residential & Supported Living Care Homes as well as supporting with various other business streams throughout Keys Group such as, Children’s Residential and Activity & Intervention. You’ll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, source top-tier candidates, and support the recruitment process from start to finish— ensuring we bring in exceptional talent who share our passion for making a difference. What You’ll Be Doing: Cultivating positive, long-lasting relationships with internal stakeholders across the organisation Posting job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract the best talent Sourcing candidates via CV databases to find individuals who meet our high standards Constantly reviewing and improving our recruitment methods to stay ahead of the curve in the sector Screening CVs and managing large volumes of applications to identify top candidates Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates, providing timely feedback—both positive and constructive Updating weekly recruitment reports to keep all key stakeholders informed Organising recruitment events to drive awareness of available roles Managing the offer process, including contract preparation and offer letters Handling queries via phone, email and Teams What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in volume recruitment, with the ability to manage multiple roles across various locations simultaneously Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment A passion for delivering high-quality service to both candidates and internal stakeholders Experience in recruitment within the care sector (desirable but not essential) Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail Self-motivated and proactive with a can-do attitude Ability to work independently, taking ownership of the recruitment process while remaining a strong team player Comfortable using various recruitment software and tools to manage the process Why Join Us?
