Site Manager - Residential New Build A leading volume housebuilder is looking to hire an experienced Site Manager to join an established and supportive site team on a busy residential development in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who enjoys running a well-organised, fast-moving site and takes pride in delivering homes to a high standard, on time and safely. You'll be joining a business with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for promoting from within. The Role As Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a high-volume residential site, ensuring build programme, quality, health & safety and customer care targets are consistently achieved. Key responsibilities include: Overall management of a new build residential development Coordinating subcontractors and trades to programme Ensuring works are completed in line with NHBC standards and building regulations Driving high standards of health & safety, quality and presentation Managing plot completions and handovers Working closely with commercial, technical and customer care teams Leading and developing Assistant Site Managers and site staff About You You'll be a confident and organised Site Manager with experience working in a volume housebuilding environment.
