Senior Site Manager - Camberley Salary: £60,000-£70,000 Car Allowance Location: Camberley, Surrey Project Type: High‑End Residential (New Build & Refurbishment) A well‑established medium‑sized main contractor operating across Hampshire and Surrey is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead a £4m, three‑storey high‑end residential and leisure development near Camberley.The project includes a new swimming pool, multiple bespoke en‑suite bedrooms, significant groundworks, and a range of detailed internal packages. About the ContractorThe business delivers projects typically between £1m-£4m and has a strong presence in: High‑end residential new builds and refurbishments Education and community developments Bespoke extensions and alterationsThey maintain consistent workload through long‑term clients and negotiated schemes, offering stability and clear development opportunities.
