This role is critical for ensuring effective HR and Health and Safety functions within the organisation.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, internal communication, training, health and safety, staff welfare, administration, workforce planning, employee relations, and the implementation of international HR programs.
2. Collaborate with managers for workforce and organizational planning, succession planning, and talent assessments.
3. Act as a change agent within the organization.
4. Administer talent management activities including the annual performance management cycle.
5. Support and lead employee surveys, including debriefing results and action planning.
6. Measure and report HR KPI performance to managers, benchmarking against international and best practices.
7. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including Home Office Immigration Act.
8. Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of all personnel records.
