Indoor Sales Executive (ISE) – Parcel Distribution
Location: Hybrid – Warrington (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Contract: Permanent | Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday–Friday
Salary: £33,000 basic + OTE £40,000+
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and commercially minded Indoor Sales Executive to join a growing, market-leading carrier management business.
Our client is the UK’s leading carrier management company, working with well-known retail brands. With ambitious growth plans in place, they are looking to strengthen their Sales function with a proactive ISE who can generate high-quality opportunities for the New Business team.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and presenting high-quality prospect data to the New Business Sales Team. You will play a key role in driving pipeline growth by planning, executing, and monitoring targeted prospecting campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in eCommerce or parcel delivery who enjoys research, outreach, and building strong internal relationships within a sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve agreed KPIs focused on delivering qualified opportunities to the sales team
* Plan and execute targeted prospecting campaigns aligned to business objectives
* Communicate directly with prospective clients via phone and email to validate information and book appointments
* Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to build focused campaign strategies
* Utilise CRM systems to coordinate and manage multiple campaigns
* Use data mining tools to generate prospect lists and uncover key insights
* Validate inbound enquiries and convert them into booked sales appointments
* Manage inbound calls and web enquiries from prospective customers
About You
Essential:
* Experience within the eCommerce or parcel delivery sector
* Strong IT proficiency, particularly across Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Commercial awareness and sound business understanding
* Organised, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a team
