Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and building relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every call could be a new opportunity? If so, we want you to join our team as a Sales Executive.


About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by proactively engaging with customers and potential customers. You’ll deliver an end-to-end sales experience—from the first point of contact through to closing the sale—while building strong, lasting relationships. You’ll be the voice of our brand, highlighting the premium quality of our products and services, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the decision-making process. By maintaining regular touchpoints, you’ll nurture leads, overcome objections, and convert prospects into satisfied customers.


Key Responsibilities

* Contact potential and existing customers through cold and warm calling.
* Convert warm enquiries into sales through exceptional customer engagement, empathy, and listening skills.
* Build rapport quickly to develop trust and interest in our products and services.
* Clearly explain product benefits and address customer questions or concerns.
* Schedule and manage customer appointments (home or showroom) with local franchisees.
* Brief franchisees on customer needs and ensure all materials are prepared for appointments.
* Follow up after appointments to capture feedback, address objections, and close sales.
* Maintain ongoing contact with leads via calls, emails, and other channels to nurture relationships.
* Monitor and report on lead activity, conversion rates, and customer trends.
* Consistently work towards sales targets, going the extra mile to deliver results.


What We’re Looking For

Experience:

* Proven and current sales experience, ideally via telephone.
* Strong track record of meeting and exceeding conversion KPIs.
* Experience upselling or cross-selling products and services.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

Skills & Knowledge:

* Ability to quickly learn and clearly explain product details to prospects.
* Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
* Strong listening and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections.
* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Organised and able to manage multiple leads effectively.
