Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and process vehicle orders from initial enquiry to final delivery
2. Liaise with manufacturers, finance providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions
3. Maintain accurate records of stock, pricing, and customer details using our CRM system
4. Prepare sales documentation, invoices, and registration paperwork
5. Support the sales team with lead management, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
6. Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
What We're Looking For
7. Previous experience in sales administration or support, ideally within the motor trade
