We’re currently seeking a Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, or Package Manager to join a high-profile new build project in Bristol, delivering a major Student Accommodation Scheme consisting of 500 units across three RC frame blocks (10, 8, and 6 storeys).
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee civils, groundwork, and RC frame packages
*
Manage subcontractors to ensure programme, safety, and quality targets are achieved
*
Coordinate with the wider site and project teams
*
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
*
Report progress and challenges effectively to the Project Lead
Requirements:
*
Proven experience managing large-scale new build construction projects
*
Strong civils, groundworks and RC frame background
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification required
*
Excellent communication and coordination skills
*
Able to work effectively within a fast-paced site team
