Water / Civil Site Manager is required on an exciting new project with Southern Water. They are looking for top-tier talent to ensure our operations run smoothly and professionally through all stages of the Asset Lifecycle Process. We are in search of a skilled temporary Site Manager to join our team to work on a large water project in Southampton.
Scope of Works:
* Development of Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Plans for water distribution project.
* Guaranteeing defect-free water & civil construction works.
* Considering the needs of local communities and the public.
* RAMS
* Managing, supervising, and mentoring the site team.
* Hiring trained and experienced site operatives.
* Promoting cost-efficient management and resource use.
* Preparing, reviewing, and updating project schedules.
* Preparing and reviewing safety method statements and risk assessments.
* Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks.
* Ensuring all equipment is fit for purpose and operated by trained personnel.
* Preparing records for measurement and payment.
* Providing "as constructed" records for the Health and Safety File.
Experience, Skills, and Requirements:
* Civil Engineering/Site Management qualifications or a degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management.
* Health, Safety, and Environmental Management certification (e.g., IOSH).
* A valid driving license.
* CSCS Site Manager certification and First Aid at Work.
* A strong understanding of engineering principles
