ROLE
Standalone operational role – to provide a proactive full generalist Human Resource service to the Iconix businesses adopting business partnership approach with strong focus on payroll and benefits administration.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Payroll
* Manage and process monthly payroll for several entities including:
· Monthly ad-hoc calculations for new starters, leavers and absence
· Ensure monthly submissions and reports are correct and approved
· Work with Finance to prepare annual information for P11D's for payroll provider and ensure correct P11d's are distributed to employees in a timely manner
· Ad-hoc activities with HMRC
· Approve international payroll
Compensation and Benefits
* Manage UK company pension schemes including:
· Monthly submissions
· Yearly certification for the different schemes
· Fulfil the auto enrolment obligations every three years for each scheme
* Drive the annual governance meeting with benefits provider to review the default fund and feedback recommendations to the business
* Plan yearly education sessions with benefits provider
* Complete yearly review of private health, group income protection and life assurance policies balancing cost and employee needs
* Manage additional benefits programs
Recruitment
* Manage recruitment activities:
· Ensure transparent and compliant recruitment process is in place, both internal and external (via agencies)
· Manage applications and interview arrangements with hiring managers
General HR
* Manage core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, policy updates and employee documentation
* Payroll and HR platforms management and administration.
* Be the face of HR pro-actively supporting employees and managers with the end-to-end employment journey, providing an exceptional employee experience across Iconix International in line with current legislation and the needs of the business.
* Provide effective feedback and guidance to managers across all aspects of people management to include absence management, retention, employee relations and performance management.
* Support group -wide people initiative.
* Ensure company operational compliance with Employment law.
* Role model the Iconix Performance behaviours and values.
* Preparing and providing documents for annual financial audits.
* Contribute as a member of the Iconix Global HR Team, supporting Iconix New York team with miscellaneous projects.
* Work with New York HR Team to create and implement a global communication plan through our internal channels to ensure the timely and accurate publishing of HR information.
* Work with New York HR Team to curate Employer Branding activities.
* Fully complying with the company's policies and procedures.
* At all times you should act in the company's best interests and in the best interests of those entities which we represent.
* Point of contact for China and LATAM contractors
* HR related vendor management.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
* Solid HR Generalist experience with strong focus on payroll management and benefits administration.
* Experience working with "Moorepay" payroll company would be an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
* Overall HR knowledge and expertise including employee relations.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Excellent people management and influencing skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong Communication skills.
* Quick learner who is self-motivated.

* £38K - £42K annual salary, based on experience.
* 15% of salary bonus (dependent upon individual and company performance)
