What you’ll do
* Prepare and cook meals from a set menu, ensuring individual dietary needs and preferences are met.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety.
* Manage stock control and ordering efficiently.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in preparing and cooking meals (experience with large groups is a bonus).
* Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and special dietary requirements.
* Understanding of nutritional and hydration needs for older adults.
* Flexibility to work across seven days, including weekends and bank holidays.
* Knowledge of the IDDSI framework is desirable, but not essential—we’ll support your development.

Working pattern and hours - Week 1 Thursday & Friday; Week 2 Saturday and Sunday (9am until 3pm).
