We are recruiting for a Customer Sales Executive to a dynamic team in Hove. This role sits within the Customer Service and Sales department, where you'll play a key role in driving business growth. You’ll support Field Specialists by scheduling appointments, following up on quotes, and helping to increase sales.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment, engaging with customers in both B2B and B2C settings. As a Customer Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
* Converting quotes into confirmed sales
* Communicating with customers via telephone, email, social media, and online chat
* Responding to customer queries and requests
* Scheduling and managing customer appointments
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Experience of communicating with customers in a B2B or B2C environment
* Previous experience in administration or a call centre setting

This is a full-time, permanent office-based role in Hove. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with one evening shift per week and one Saturday shift per month.
Salary: £25,000 with an OTE of £29,000 – £33,000.

* Previous experience in administration or customer support is an advantage
