LSH Auto is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing our customer journey, showcasing our premium vehicle range, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will engage with prospective buyers, understand their needs, and guide them in making informed decisions, ensuring an enjoyable purchasing experience.
Salary: £25,467 plus uncapped commission with an OTE of around £60,000, and a company car.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Requirements
* Previous experience in automotive sales or a strong background in retail sales.
* Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving performance.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement.
* Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive sales environment.
* Passion for cars and a desire to stay updated with industry trends.
* Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
* A valid UK driving licence is required.
