Graduate Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator Support MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities on construction projects, assisting with design coordination, contractor management, and technical submissions. Travel to sites across the UK and ROI as required. The Role Location: Construction sites throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating MEP design and installation on site Manage technical submissions, RFIs, DARs, and sample approvals Chair technical meetings with design teams, subcontractors, and clients Support construction teams in integrating MEP works with the build Review MEP materials, plant, and interfaces for quality and compliance Contribute to project handover documentation (O&M manuals, certificates) Ensure compliance with building regulations, H&S, ISO standards, and BREEAM targets What Were Looking For Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related) Understanding of construction processes and ability to work to tight deadlines Strong organisational, communication, and troubleshooting skills Leadership and teamwork skills IT skills (Microsoft Office, Gateway, H&S systems) Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in UK/ROI Desirable: CIOB Accreditation, First Aid qualification, ability to read architectural drawings Benefits Company pension Training & career development CPD and project experience across UK & ROI 30 days annual leave Industry networking opportunities If you think you might be interested apply and I will give you a call!
