PAYE - Reference: 367725 To administer the recruitment process, including responding to email, telephone, and written enquiries from internal and external customers, carrying out pre-employment checks (references, occupational health questionnaires), maintaining the DBS process, and managing the ATS recruitment system. Serve as the first point of contact for applicants, providing a seamless service and onboarding support, including liaison with HR Advisors and departmental managers regarding queries, delays, and recruitment support. Assist in developing and optimizing recruitment processes, including maximizing the use of the ATS system and ensuring process quality. This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
