You will usually be required to work solely on weekdays with standard hours of 8am to 4:30pm, or part time.
Responsibilities:
* Perform basic tasks including priming, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs.
* Deliveries - help unload glass, timber, materials and other deliveries due at workshop premises.
* Unpack and store away deliveries received - timber, windows, mouldings, weights, materials
* Priming of windows, doors, etc. as instructed.
* Mortising.
* Clean the workshop, toilet area, kitchen and office areas.
* Detects and reports any need for major maintenance repairs.
* Change the dust bags for workshop machinery.
* Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking area, storage areas on premises and
* Oversee the skip containers on the company premises and ensure they are filled and ready for collection on due days.
* Conduct performance assessments of company appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, and coffee makers.
* Get orders ready for collection and help joiners/customers to upload their items.
* Checks incoming materials, equipment, and supplies against packing slips; assigns materials to the proper yard location; issues materials to installation crews; records all materials leaving the yard.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' working experience in a similar role.
* Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
