Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager to join our team in Swindon, supporting our customer Iceland across our two sites. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the catering operations, ensuring high-quality meal provision for multiple shift patterns while overseeing all aspects of food safety, menu planning and compliance with regulatory standards, including food hygiene requirements and Natahsa's Law.
This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 07:00 till 15:00 however, we do ask for flexibility when required with the occasional weekend working.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
Oversee daily catering operations across both sites, ensuring timely meal provision for all warehouse shifts
Maintain effective and consistent food offer, financial budgets while developing the team in catering provision and food service
Oversee completion and maintenance of HACCP documentation, temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and allergen records
Recruit, train, and onboard new team members to ensure competence in food hygiene, allergen management, meal preparation, and safe working practice
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience managing catering operations, ideally across multiple sites
Level 3 Food Hygiene/Food Safety is essential
Previous supervisory role in food production and customer service would be desirable
