Ability to co-ordinate and motivate others. Ability to delegate tasks to others within team. Self confidence Self motivated An understanding of hygienic practices. Ability to record information accurately. Articulate and confident in verbal communication skills. Ability to work on own initiative but to work as part of a team when required. Willingness to accept direction/delegation. Awareness of potential hazards in a kitchen environment. Physically fit and be able to move weights of between 15kg – 20kg e.g. sacks of vegetables, heavy pots in conjunction with manual handling procedures. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
