This is a key role providing administrative HR support and serving as a first point of contact for managers and employees needing guidance on policies and procedures. You’ll play a vital part in delivering a smooth employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle — from onboarding to ongoing support and development. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll provide comprehensive administrative support across the HR function, including: * Responding to HR-related queries and providing first-line advice on policies and procedures * Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting updates to our HR system * Managing and prioritising daily HR tasks to ensure timely delivery * Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes * Working collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure a consistent and customer-focused service What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following: * Efficiency in managing, prioritising, and organising workloads * The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * A collaborative approach with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships * A commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-focused HR support * Able to start immediately * Committing to a 8 month contract.
