An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Site Manager to join our clients team for a prestigious project based in Dundonald, Belfast. This position will initially be based in Dundonald, managing a site for a project worth 2.5 million.
Offering a competitive salary starting at £45,000 per annum, along with the provision of a company van.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project timelines.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to achieve project goals.
* Oversee health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
* Maintain accurate site documentation and records.
* Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates on project status.
* Manage resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry with fit out experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Full driving license is required.
