Job Title: Car Sales Executive
Location: Dover
Salary: £24,000 basic + commission (OTE £45,000+)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00 (with a set day off in the week)
Saturday, 08:30 – 17:00 Closed on Sundays
1 in 4 weeks you’ll work Monday to Friday and enjoy a full weekend off.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our successful team. If you have proven experience in car sales and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, this is the perfect opportunity to accelerate your career with one of the UK’s most established automotive dealer groups.
You’ll be joining a supportive and high-performing team of four sales professionals, selling both new and used vehicles as well as finance and insurance products. Our highest earner currently takes home over £70,000+ per year, demonstrating the real earning potential and career growth available.

What You’ll Do
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicle.
Present and explain finance, insurance, and add-on products in a professional manner.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed sales, finance, and customer satisfaction (CSI) targets.
Work closely with the sales management team to maximise showroom performance.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with FCA and company standards.What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in car sales is essential, ideally within a main dealer environment.
Confident and professional communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
Excellent presentation and organisational skills.
A positive, driven, and ambitious mindset.
A full UK driving licence is required.Your Benefits
